A Masters of Nonprofit Leadership student at the University of Pennsylvania, Steven Field is excited to be interning with Interfaith Philadelphia’s development team. 

 

Steven’s love for the nonprofit space is generated by his connection and commitment to his two communities: Philadelphia and the Jewish community. A Philadelphia area native, Steven spent his first year out of college as an AmeriCorps volunteer with the West Philadelphia Promise Zone. Then, connecting with his Jewish identity, Steven transitioned to working at Penn Hillel, fostering relationships with and enhancing the campus Jewish experiences of Penn undergrads. 

 

Throughout his nonprofit career, development always interested Steven. He is excited to both contribute to Interfaith’s mission and learn during his internship. Outside of school and work, you can find Steven camping, bird watching, and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams.
