Stand With
Training
Interrupting Harm, Challenging Bias
and Discrimination

What does it look like to stand with another person or community on a personal level? On a community level?

Do you value and cherish your neighbors and colleagues from cultural and spiritual traditions, but feel uncertain or awkward to know how to support them when they face challenges, misunderstandings or slurs? Do you periodically encounter bias or discriminatory encounters and not know how to intervene?
In this interactive workshop, participants will develop specific skills for interrupting harm and will practice facing scenarios of discrimination and how to respond. Participants will develop confidence to stand with people in their communities and workplaces.
