Tom is the Co-Founder of Coss & Momjian, LLP, a law firm focusing on employment disputes in the securities industry. He handles a wide range of litigation for financial services firms and financial advisors on a nationwide basis, including the enforcement of restrictive covenants and trade secret rights, as well as claims involving defamation, discrimination, and compensation disputes.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College, cum laude, with a major in religion. While at Columbia, he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He studied theology during his junior year at Robinson College, University of Cambridge. Tom graduated from Columbia Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.

Tom currently serves as Moderator and Chair of the Board of Deacons at the Armenian Martyrs’ Congregational Church (United Church of Christ) in Havertown, PA. For the past 15 years, he has also served on the Board of Directors of the Armenian Missionary Association of America, a mission-based nonprofit organization located in Paramus, NJ. The organization provides support and services to Armenians in Armenia and throughout the diaspora, as well as to others in need.
