Rachael Hickson is a senior programs and partnerships specialist whose work over the last decade includes global education, cultural heritage, and cross-institutional collaboration at the University of Pennsylvania South Asia Center and Cultural Heritage Center. She holds a Master’s in Intercultural Education from Penn.

Her interest in interfaith work is both professional and deeply personal. Rachael joined the 2025 Visionary Women cohort because cross-cultural connections have shaped some of the most meaningful moments of her life, and she’s honored to support that same kind of opportunity for others as the Interfaith Philadelphia Visionary Women consultant.
