Intersection of Religious and Civic Life: An Interfaith Panel

Join us on May 2 for an Interfaith Panel on the intersection of civic engagement and religious beliefs across various faiths. This free event is open to the public on a first come basis, but seating is limited. There will be introductions of the participants, questions from the moderator, then Q and A from the audience.

Panelists:
Asheq FazlullahMuslim Panelist
Asheq serves as a Public Speaker for the Delaware Valley Speakers Bureau, the local affiliate of the Islamic Networks Groups (ING).

Rabbi Bob TabakJewish Panelist
Staff chaplain at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). Part of a multifaith pastoral care department at a major university teaching hospital in Philadelphia.

Msgr. Michael CarrollCatholic Panelist
Msgr. Carroll is Pastor Emeritus of Saint Hillary of Poitiers Parish in Rydal. He directed the Office for Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs for many years and is an active member of
the Interfaith Center of Greater Philadelphia.

Milan KunzMormon Panelist
Elder Milan F. Kunz was named a member of the Sixth Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 2014.

Ruth SeeleyQuaker Panelist
Ruth A. Seeley is a member of Germantown Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) and the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting.

Christ and serves as the Associate Executive Director at the Interfaith Center.
