Non-Discrimination

Non-Discrimination Policy

Interfaith Philadelphia has unreserved respect for the individual differences of its employees, board members and non-employees in background, ethnic origin, gender, race, age, disability, religion and sexual orientation.  Interfaith Philadelphia believes it is enriched by such diversity.  Any form of discrimination based on these differences is a violation of Interfaith Philadelphia’s policy and the respect due its employees, board members and non-employees.

Policy Against Sexual and Other Harassment

Sexual Harassment

Interfaith Philadelphia expects its employees, board members and non-employees to treat each other with dignity, fairness, and respect.  Offensive or unwelcome conduct based on a person’s race, religion, color, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability is harassment.  Such conduct can take the form of “jokes,” comments, physical actions, or other unwelcome conduct regardless of whether or not it is intended to be offensive.
