Rev. Dr. Paul Rajashekar is the Luther D. Reed Professor of Systematic Theology at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. As both a professor and pastor, Dr. Rajashekar has been grappling with issues of religious pluralism in our society for many years in order to articulate a relevant and responsible theology that is true to his Lutheran convictions and is at the same time open to insights and values of other faiths in dialogue. He has been concerned about authentic forms of Christian witness/mission in a multi-religious world. A number of his publications reflect that commitment. He is also deeply interested in issues of Christian ecumenism, cross-cultural dialogue, social and political ethics, and congregational ministry.
