Rev.  Dr. Margaret Somerville

 

Rev. Dr. Margaret Somerville (she/her) is the coordinator of a series of interfaith contemplative practices called Alignment, which brings together leaders of different traditions in an alternative worship experience. Margaret is a Presbyterian minister and a Quaker educator. As a member of the board of Interfaith Philadelphia and the Presbytery of Philadelphia, her focus in ministry is on interfaith engagement and spiritual practices. Margaret also teaches Latin at Friends’ Central School and runs a language program called Prima Lingua. Margaret’s work in interfaith contemplative practices has been presented at the last two meetings of the Parliament of the World’s Religions.
