Liz Royer Johnson


Leadership & Trainings Manager

Liz serves as the Communications and Trainings Manager for Interfaith Philadelphia. In her role, she oversees the implementation of the agency's wide array of trainings and workshops, including Civil Conversations trainings, the Interfaith Peer Learning Network, and more. She feels passionate about the unique ability of Philadelphia faith communities to build powerful relationships that further the vision of a healthy religiously diverse democracy. 

Originally from central Pennsylvania, Liz graduated from Haverford College with a B.A. in English Literature. She then went on to serve at Interfaith Philadelphia as a fellow with Quaker Voluntary Service, living in a Quaker intentional community in West Philly. She lives near Center City with her partner.
