Interfaith Philadelphia seeks its next Executive Director to lead a nationally respected interfaith organization rooted in faith, relationships, and dialogue.

For more than 20 years, Interfaith Philadelphia has worked across religious traditions to strengthen social harmony, equip communities for interfaith engagement, and foster collaboration. With the planned retirement of our founding Executive Director in 2026, this moment offers a meaningful opportunity to steward a trusted institution into its next chapter.

The next Executive Director will be a values-driven leader with a deep respect for religious diversity, strong nonprofit and fundraising experience, and the ability to serve as a thoughtful public presence across faith communities, civic institutions, and philanthropic partners.
