Interfaith Philadelphia offers internship opportunities throughout the year to outstanding students from undergraduate and graduate programs across the country. This summer, we welcomed five new interns who are passionate about interfaith work and continuing our mission.

Meet Sasha Baken-Rennert!
Sasha Baken-Rennert was ordained as a Rabbi in 2022 by Hebrew Union College–Jewish Institute of Religion. She is working towards her Master of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania.

Meet Alice Newman!
Alice Newman is a senior at Temple University. She is studying communications and social influence, and global studies.

Meet Tal Newman!
Tal Newman is an incoming junior at the University of Pittsburgh. She is studying English Writing, Spanish, and History. She learned about Interfaith Philadelphia through the Interfaith Peace Walk.

Meet Isabelle Stid!
Isabelle Stid is an incoming senior at Bryn Mawr College. She is studying religion and gender and sexuality studies. As a religious studies major she is excited to learn more about the different faith communities in Philadelphia.
