Facilitating Civil Conversations
Facilitating a conversation on a difficult topic can be uncomfortable. Get the skills, resources, and techniques to lead courageous conversations with empathy.
Whether you’re leading discussions in your community, congregation, workplace, classroom, or on a college campus, the ability to help people navigate differences with curiosity and respect is an essential leadership skill.
This interactive workshop prepares facilitators to lead productive dialogue across lines of religious, cultural, political, and personal difference. Through practical strategies, guided discussion, and hands-on practice, participants will build the confidence and skills to create spaces where people can listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and engage respectfully—even when conversations become challenging.
