Director of Institutional Advancement
In her role as the Director of Institutional Advancement, Amanda is responsible for developing and implementing a multi-pronged Development Plan to raise revenue for the organization.
She implements this plan through strategic partnerships with foundations, businesses, congregations, and individuals in the region. Amanda supervises key development and program staff to accomplish organizational goals and is also responsible for developing and implementing an organization-wide evaluation plan, including data collection, analysis, and the interpretation of evaluation through reports and communications with internal and external partners. She also manages all finance and budget responsibilities.
Amanda has a Master's Degree in Public Health, focused on community health and health behavior. She also studied Spanish and Political Science with a Bachelor's from St. Olaf College (Um Yah Yah!), and she currently lives in Germantown with her husband and three children.
