Saherah Khan
Business Development Consultant
Saherah Khan is the Founder and CEO of New Horizons Impact and serves as a consultant to Interfaith Philadelphia, supporting business development to expand the organization’s reach and impact. She works with mission-driven organizations to turn their vision into sustainable growth through relationship building and thoughtful strategy.
Saherah began her career with Teach For America and has since worked with nonprofits along the East Coast and internationally, serving a range of missions, including education, homelessness, and workforce development. She has worked directly with community members, built partnerships, raised funds, and led a development department. Each role has deepened her understanding of what communities need and what it takes for organizations to show up for them over time. She brings that experience to her consulting, helping organizations build on what they do well and secure the support to move their work forward. As a Korean–Pakistani American and first-generation college graduate, she cares deeply about who has access to opportunity, whose voices are heard, and how people from different backgrounds can learn from one another.
She holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in both Management and Public and Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, practicing yoga, traveling, and learning how social entrepreneurs around the world address challenges in their communities. Her experiences abroad continue to shape her interest in the intersection of entrepreneurship, community, and social impact.
